Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using APEX (also known as SpaHub), operated by CoreX ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by employees you add to the system.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Use the service to store or transmit content that infringes on any third party's rights.

4. SaaS Subscription and Billing

  • APEX offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@core8x.com for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all data you enter into APEX, including business data, employee records, customer information, and appointment data.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
  • You may export your data at any time while your account is active.
  • Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Offline Data and Sync

APEX uses an offline-first architecture. Your data is stored locally on your device using PouchDB and syncs with our cloud servers (CouchDB) when an internet connection is available.

  • Data stored locally on your device is your responsibility to protect.
  • We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, browser data clearing, or local storage corruption.
  • Sync conflicts are resolved automatically. In rare cases, manual conflict resolution may be required.
  • We do not guarantee real-time synchronization. Sync depends on your internet connectivity.

7. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@core8x.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
  • Data retention after termination is governed by Section 5.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, CoreX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
